The Gaimard cormorant or Chuita.

Phalacrocorax  gaimardi. Size: 76 cm This Cormorant has the characteristic of living almost all its life alone or sometimes in small groups of 3 or 4 individuals. It is an excellent swimmer with its webbed legs. It is easily observed after a dive when it is sunbathing on the rocks near the shore. It is identifiable by its red legs.
